So I’m taking the month off to play Starfield, and then I’ll get started reworking my fourth and fifth albums in October. But I think I’m gonna try out a new release strategy when I get them done this time.
Dropping each album all at once like I have been is fine and all, but I’d like to try releasing them a track at a time, once a week. I want to see if I can’t abuse the algorithm and milk more plays out of it that way. I’m probably missing out on a lot of plays by not pumping out content regularly, since that’s the way most of these algorithms work. Gotta game the system if you want it to work in your favor.
And to think, I was originally gonna wait until I had all six albums done and released them all at the same time. Glad I thought better of it. That was a bad idea.
