This song was a bit of an experiment. It was my first time using a version of FL Studio other than the original pirate copy of Fruity Loops 1.7.6 I had been using since not long after I released my first demo album. I was playing around with the speech synthesizer, feeding it a random string of vowels, tweaked it a bit and it started sounding like random alien noises, so I took another synth that sounded like insects and mixed them with a cool beat and got this song.
It kinda reminded me of how a certain particularly toxic ex of mine had this weird fear of aliens because she watched too much X-Files, so I called it Xenophobe.
